Overview

Laureats ("Espace Lauréats") is a website for the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences (FSJES) of Université Moulay Ismaïl in Meknes. It manages the faculty's graduates and collects information from them.

I built it between November and December 2021.

The Problem

Once students graduate, a faculty quickly loses track of them. Yet knowing who graduated, and what they did next, matters: it helps the faculty follow its graduates and stay in touch with them.

Collecting that information by hand, from spreadsheets and emails, does not scale to a faculty's yearly graduating classes.

What the Platform Does

• A dedicated space for graduates, under the faculty's own identity.
• Collection of graduate information through the website instead of paper or email.
• Graduate management for the faculty, with the records in one place.
